Usborne Young Reading Level 1

 

 

   리더스로 명작이나 창작 스토리 등 다양한 이야기가 컬러풀한 그림과 함께 들어 있다. 화려한 그림과는 달리 문장은 그리 짧지 않다. 워크북은 리스닝 CD와 함께 되어 있어 더 난이도가 있고, 단어 설명이 다 영어로 되어 있어서 조금 어렵게 느껴질 수도 있을 것 같다. 그림은 이야기마다 다양해서 질리지 않고 즐길 수 있다. 레벨 1에 30권 + CD 세트가 먼저 나왔고 후에 45권까지 추가되어 나왔다. 각 세트의 뒷부분에는 넌픽션도 몇가지 들어가 있다. 초콜렛, 전화기 등을 다룬 이야기가 각 시리즈의 뒷부분에 구성되어 있어서 이 리더스 하나로 다양한 읽기를 경험할 수 있게 해 놓았다. 워낙 알려진 시리즈라 '런투리드 북클럽'에 가면 워크시트를 유료로 다운로드 받을 수 있다.
